On September 1, Atlassian announced usage-based pricing. There are now meters on things. AI usage, automation, credits. Billing starts December 3, which sounds far away until you remember how fast Q4 goes.

We'll be honest: we don't have this fully figured out either. Nobody does, it's brand new.

But it touches everyone. Marketplace Partners, Solution Partners, admins, anyone whose customers are about to ask "wait, what's a Rovo credit?"
