Beyond the Slides: Candid Conversations with the Atlassian Ecosystem

BARTINI Rooftop, 18 Strada Constantin Mille, București, 030167

The community meets on a rooftop. No decks. No pitches. Just practitioners and shared knowledge.

ACE Bucharest is hosting its next meetup on the rooftop of Bartini on May 28th — an evening of open roundtables and honest peer exchange with some of the sharpest Atlassian practitioners in the region (and beyond).

Some of the most useful conversations at any conference happen outside the sessions — in hallways, over coffee, between people who've actually dealt with the same problems.

We built this event around that idea.

With Work Evolution Summit 2026 bringing international speakers and attendees from Atlassian ecosystem to Bucharest, this is the best opportunity to expand our network. This event will be recognized as the official Work Evolution Summit afterparty.

On May 28th, ACE Bucharest takes over the rooftop at Bartini for an evening of community-driven exchange. This edition brings together a rare mix of local practitioners, regional Atlassian experts, and ecosystem voices passing through Bucharest — making it one of the more interesting ACE gatherings we've hosted.

What to expect:

  • 🔵 Open roundtables — rotating conversations on AI adoption, Marketplace picks, org-wide Atlassian strategy, and more

  • 🤝 Real networking — the kind where you leave with a name you'll actually remember

Who this is for: Jira admins, Confluence architects, project managers, Atlassian partners, product owners, and anyone who uses or recommends Atlassian tools professionally. Whether you've been to ACE before or this is your first time, you'll find your people here.

Format: Informal. Standing tables, open rooftop, good drinks

Duration: ~3 hours (come and go as you please)

Cost: Free. Registration required

Space is limited — register to secure your spot.

Each table will have a topic broad enough that anyone in the room can contribute, but specific enough that it doesn't devolve into small talk.

Table 🔵 — AI in the Atlassian Ecosystem: Signal vs. Noise

Everyone's talking about AI. What's actually changing how you work?

What's the one AI feature in Jira/Confluence/Rovo you'd genuinely miss if it disappeared tomorrow?

Where have you seen AI create more work, not less?

Table 🟠 — Adoption is the Hard Part

You can configure the perfect setup. Getting people to use it is another story.

What's the most creative adoption tactic you've seen actually work?

What's the one thing users always push back on — and how do you handle it?

Table 🟢 — Marketplace: Gems, Traps & Honest Reviews

The marketplace has 5,000+ apps. Let's talk about the ones worth talking about.

Which app do you recommend without hesitation, and why?

Which category of apps is still waiting for someone to do it right?

Table 🟣 — The Future of Atlassian in Your Org

Where is this platform going — and is your organization keeping up?

Cloud migration: done, in progress, or still avoiding it? What's the blocker?

In 2 years, what does your Atlassian stack look like?
