This session explores how the three basic psychological needs - autonomy, competence, and relatedness - support motivation and help teams stay resilient, especially during change and uncertainty.
Working with real team situations, we’ll look at how everyday behaviours, decisions, and ways of working can strengthen or weaken these needs. Through short reflections and simple exercises, participants will notice where resilience is being built in small, practical ways - and where it quietly erodes.
Participants will leave with a clear, usable lens for understanding resilience in teams, and a few concrete ideas they can apply immediately in their own work context.
