Join us for a live, 60 minute, study session for ACP-420 - "Managing Jira Service Management Projects for Cloud". Our goal is to take this certification exam by December, 2025 and we need your help studying in these weekly sessions!

Come for the studying, or to cheer (or jeer!) us on as we refresh our memory on what, exactly, Jira Service Management (JSM) Projects are. This certification is great for anyone who uses Jira Service Management, or is expected to be a Project Admin for a JSM project (we'll get practical skills and also, hopefully, earn a certification that we can share).
