Whether it's meetings to prepare for other meetings, documentation written purely for compliance - nothing is safe.

We'll be discussing the workplace rituals we've accepted, the processes we've normalized, and the practices that probably deserved to be retired years ago.

Will it get controversial? Possibly.

Will we solve anything? Unlikely.

Will we have strong opinions? Absolutely.
