JQL ("Jayquill") is a great tool to find things. It can, however, feel a bit rigid when you have to manually type in values you're looking for.

Luckily we have things called "functions" that give us a LOT of flexibility in our statements. Tired of typing in multiple user names and sharing multiple saved filters? There's a function for that. Hate adjusting dates every week? Functions has you covered.

We'll cover topics like:

๐Ÿ” What Jayquill functions are and how they work

๐Ÿ” Some commonly used functions

๐Ÿ” Using functions to make dynamic queries

๐Ÿ” Using functions to manage SLA's (Service Level Agreements)

๐Ÿ” And more!

This session is interactive. Bring your questions and let's explore together!

It is also entirely free and hosted on Youtube. A recording will also be made available in case you miss it.

This is the first in a series of sessions on how to find things in Jira.
