Come for the studying, or to cheer (or jeer!) us on as we refresh our memory on what, exactly, Jira Service Management (JSM) Projects are. This certification is great for anyone who uses Jira Service Management, or is expected to be a Project Admin for a JSM project (we'll get practical skills and also, hopefully, earn a certification that we can share).
