Many teams start with spreadsheets, Jira custom fields, and automation to manage testing. This can work well at the beginning, but as teams grow, things like permissions, traceability, reporting, and maintenance can become more difficult.

Appsvio will talk about the pros and cons of building your own solution versus using a dedicated test management tool, and share some practical examples of when it might be time to make the switch.

📊 Beyond Customer Satisfaction Scores – A Look at Some of the Techniques to Get Behind the Numbers

Customer satisfaction scores can be useful, but there’s often much more behind the numbers. Phill will look at some of the techniques teams can use to better understand their results and what their customers are really telling them.

If you’ve ever changed a Jira workflow, permission scheme, custom field, or automation rule in one environment and then had to make sure it matched somewhere else, this session is for you.

Kevin will explore how Jira configuration is moved between environments today, what Atlassian and the Marketplace have built around it — including Sandbox Configuration Deployment — and what a proper change-management pipeline for Jira configuration could look like.

🤖 Atlassian AI: Two Years Later – Expectations vs Reality

It’s been almost two years since Atlassian introduced AI across its products. So, what has actually changed?

Frank will share real-world experiences, customer adoption patterns, lessons learned, and examples of where Atlassian Intelligence is bringing real value – as well as where expectations haven’t quite matched reality.
