Sessions

🧪 The Parts of Test Management Nobody Builds Themselves

Presented by Appsvio

Many teams start with spreadsheets, Jira custom fields, and automation to manage testing. This can work well at the beginning, but as teams grow, things like permissions, traceability, reporting, and maintenance can become more difficult.

Appsvio will talk about the pros and cons of building your own solution versus using a dedicated test management tool, and share some practical examples of when it might be time to make the switch.

📊 Beyond Customer Satisfaction Scores – A Look at Some of the Techniques to Get Behind the Numbers

Presented by Phill Fox, Adaptavist

Customer satisfaction scores can be useful, but there’s often much more behind the numbers. Phill will look at some of the techniques teams can use to better understand their results and what their customers are really telling them.

🤖 Atlassian AI: Two Years Later – Expectations vs Reality

Presented by Frank Lapa, WiQU

It’s been almost two years since Atlassian introduced AI across its products. So, what has actually changed?

Frank will share real-world experiences, customer adoption patterns, lessons learned, and examples of where Atlassian Intelligence is bringing real value – as well as where expectations haven’t quite matched reality.

🎤 Speakers

Phill Fox – Senior Principal Technical and Customer Strategist at Adaptavist
Sebastian Kulessa – Mid Full-stack Developer at Appsvio
Dominik Patrzek – Full-stack Developer at Appsvio
Frank Lapa – Atlassian Enterprise Advisor at WiQU
