When freenow joined Lyft, we had to bring two Atlassian organizations together while keeping teams productive. This talk covers our identity and user management journey: moving under Lyft’s org and from Premium into Lyft’s existing Enterprise setup, which made multiple IdP connections possible, managing interim duplicate accounts, using AI-generated scripts to safely clean up access, and our path to a single IdP and one unified user base.

Negin Nafari is a Senior System Engineer at Freenow by Lyft with around 10 years of Atlassian experience and many migrations behind her. Her latest is moving Freenow users into Lyft’s Atlassian organization.
