In this session, we identify vulnerabilities in JSM service spaces where threat actors using unmanaged and unlicensed accounts can exploit external user-to-internal platform touchpoints to obtain sensitive and private data. This session focuses on the preventative actions, configurations, and best practices that org admins, Jira (App) admins, and space admins for company- and team-managed service spaces should implement in collaboration to prevent and even eliminate exploits altogether.
