As teams adopt AI across more of their work, security, privacy, and governance can’t be an afterthought. In this session, we’ll walk through Atlassian’s approach to building AI that is responsible, secure, and governed from day one and what that means for your organization in practice.

You’ll learn how Atlassian uses the Teamwork Graph, Atlassian Rovo, and trusted LLMs to keep data protected, respect existing permissions, and give admins clear control and visibility. We’ll cover onboarding and access control, connector and data safeguards, chat and agent protection, and how to monitor usage, credits, and security posture over time.
We’ll also look at a real‑world customer story from DocuSign: why AI security matters in a highly regulated environment, how they got security buy‑in, and the rollout strategy, guardrails, and ROI they’re seeing with Rovo and Atlassian AI.
You’ll leave with practical best practices and a simple roadmap for designing a secure AI environment ; so you can unlock AI-powered automation and insights without compromising trust, compliance, or control.
