Project and Stakeholder Management Using Confluence and Trello

Jan 12, 2019, 2:00 – 5:00 PM

Stakeholder management means keeping everyone with influence over your project in the loop. There are a lot of considerations when managing a team: logistics, people’s feelings, how your coworker’s cat, Pixel, is doing. When you think about it, this level of management can be implemented with your “home” team, too.

About this event

Stakeholder management means keeping everyone with influence over your project in the loop.

There are a lot of considerations when managing a team: logistics, people’s feelings, how your coworker’s cat, Pixel, is doing. When you think about it, this level of management can be implemented with your “home” team, too.

Whether it’s your family, roommates, or your bowling league, there are times when traditional management practices can make a big difference for your personal life. That’s why there are Trello workflows for each of these planning processes, so you can easily copy aboard and start collaborating on logistics with your home team

Agenda:

  • Introductions
  • Stakeholder management using Confluence
  • How to become a project management master with Trello
  • Use case presentation
