Celebrate Valentine’s Day by giving your team the gift of better collaboration! Join this in-person event by Atlassian Community Noida where we dive deep into

  • Session 1: the Atlassian Teamwork Collection.

    • In today’s fast-paced work environment, we often find ourselves "broken up" with our productivity due to siloed tools, endless context-switching, and information overload. This session is designed to help you reconnect with a seamless way of working.

    • Why should you attend? The Teamwork Collection isn't just a bundle—it’s a unified system of work. We will explore how Jira, Confluence, Loom, and Rovo work in harmony to bring your projects from a mere spark of an idea to full-scale execution.

    • What We’ll Cover:

      • The Power of Connection: See how Confluence (Knowledge) and Jira (Action) speak the same language.

      • Asynchronous Brilliance: Learn how to use Loom to reduce meeting fatigue and add a personal touch to your updates.

      • Meet Your AI Teammate: A deep dive into Atlassian Rovo—the AI search and agent engine that finds information across your entire workspace.

      • Real-world Workflows: Practical demos on moving projects forward without leaving your favorite tab.

  • Session 2 : Beyond Deterministic PM- Why AI Products Break Traditional SDLC (Introducing the AI-Native Product Development Spiral)

    • AI products don’t fail because the models are weak. They fail because we’re applying deterministic product thinking to probabilistic systems.

Traditional SDLC was designed for certainty - fixed requirements, binary acceptance criteria, and predictable outputs. But AI systems operate differently. They introduce variability, uncertainty, and continuous learning. The same input may not always produce the same output. “Correctness” becomes statistical, not absolute.

When we treat AI products like traditional software, confusion and frustration follow. Features that look impressive in demos often feel unreliable in production.

In this session, we’ll unpack why AI feels “easy in demos but messy in reality,” using real examples from building Internal Knowledge Discovery and RAG-based Smart Answers systems. You’ll be introduced to the AI-Native Product Development Spiral - a practical framework to design, evaluate, and continuously evolve probabilistic AI products with clarity.

Because in AI systems, shipping is not the end of development - it’s the beginning of validation.
