DNB's IT Operating Model requires teams to write portfolio work items in a structured, compliant way — but in practice, requirements are unclear, feedback loops are slow, and problems surface too late in the cycle. So they built a Rovo agent that gives teams instant, in-context feedback directly in Jira the moment a portfolio work item is created or updated.
In this talk, Magnus will demo the agent live, walk through how they built it (faster than you'd expect), and share what makes a Rovo agent genuinely useful versus a novelty. He'll also cover the rollout story — how they got different portfolios across DNB to adopt it and trust it.
Elkjøp's supplier order-change process runs on email — generating tickets that planners must manually validate before acting. Jana's team built a Rovo agent that automatically checks incoming tickets against their Definition of Approved Ticket, reads attached spreadsheets, flags missing fields, and drafts the exact follow-up questions for suppliers. Planners get a clear pass/fail decision instead of doing the detective work themselves.
But that's not all. They also built a dispatcher agent that routes generic request tickets to the correct specialist queue in a median time of 9 seconds — with a 97.9% correct execution rate. Jana will demo both agents live, walk through the changelog evidence of how they decide and write, and share what their reliability audit uncovered about trusting (and verifying) automation.
