Getting real value from Confluence does not happen overnight.
Teams usually move through stages - from scattered usage and outdated pages to more consistent, trusted, and valuable ways of working.
In this interactive workshop, we will explore where your team or organisation is today in how Confluence is used, where you would like to be, and what practical steps could help you move forward.
Together, we will reflect on questions such as:
How is Confluence currently used in your team?
What gets in the way of using it more effectively?
What would better, more valuable use of Confluence look like in your context?
What small but meaningful actions could help you get there?
This session is designed to be practical and reflective rather than tool-focused. You will leave with a clearer view of your current state, a more realistic picture of your desired future state, and ideas for the next steps to improve how Confluence works in your workplace.
Whether your organisation is just getting started with Confluence or trying to make existing usage more effective, this workshop will help you think about improving it as a journey rather than a one-off effort.
The event will take place in the St Michael’s Church Centre, the entrance is from the Cornmarket str. (on the left from the Saxon Tower's entrance).
