Most teams aren’t stuck on AI because the tools are bad. They’re stuck because they’re prompting when they should be directing.

This session borrows from the rehearsal room. A director doesn’t hand actors a script and hope. You set the given circumstances, run it, watch what breaks, and go again. That’s the same move that makes AI actually useful on a working team, and it’s a skill rather than a personality trait.

We’ll look at what changes when you treat AI as the newest member of your ensemble instead of a vending machine you put a prompt into. And we’ll build something live, so you can see the difference rather than take my word for it.
