Robert has been mastering the Atlassian ecosystem since 2013. As a PMP, Subject Matter Expert, and the founder of hean.tech, he doesn’t just use these tools—he builds the systems that make them work.

Did you know, Rovo is moving beyond just providing suggestions or searching; it can now directly modify and interact with our content in Confluence to make pages, whiteboards and databases, and edit specific portions of them (no more appending to the bottom!).

Robert Hean is a Project Manager and Instructor with a passion for helping people understand the basic concepts behind systems. He has been using Atlassian products since 2013, is a Subject Matter Expert, ACAE and PMP. He runs his own company (hean.tech), specializing in Atlassian training. Outside of work he is an avid martial artist.
