They had a great and complex ITSM tool with access management set up…, but it was old and almost nobody liked it. So they wanted to use Jira Service Management instead. Great! But is it easy to create something like access management in Jira? What about all the dynamic approvals, SLAs, OLAs, and multiple access-providing teams?
