"We’re living through what many people call the 4th Industrial Revolution, and every time the world shifts like this, the nature of work changes in ways that aren’t always obvious at first. Jobs don’t just get faster or more efficient, they start to shift. 

The problems we think we’re solving often turn out not to be the real problems we should be solving anymore. In this session I want to explore how to recognise those moments, how to question the work we take for granted, and why in a world where building solutions is getting cheaper and easier, the real challenge is learning how to focus on the right problems in the first place."
