Mila Szydłowska | Atlassian
A PM's Honest Guide to Not Losing the Plot [EN]

We were promised AI would save us time, yet most of us feel more overwhelmed and context-switched than ever. In this honest session, Mila unpacks what product strategy really looks like when long-term roadmaps break down in an AI-centric world. Come away with practical tactics to beat cognitive overload, cut through operational chaos, and protect your strategic focus.

Mila Szydłowska is a Product Manager in the Jira Platform team at Atlassian, working on everything related to JQL search. With more than a decade in the Atlassian ecosystem, she is always excited to dive into tricky JQL use cases and chat with users. A biotechnology graduate who once planned on a research career, Mila now applies that investigative mindset to building products. Outside of work, she loves epic fantasy and embroidery, often at the exact same time, courtesy of audiobooks.

🎤 18:25 – 19:05

Philip Razum | Vi2VA
When strategy changes faster than execution [EN]

What happens when the world changes faster than your plan? A product that looked like the right investment in January can be challenged by a new technology, regulation or market shift only a few months later. The strategy needs to change — but hundreds of decisions, initiatives and work items may already be in motion. Changing the plan is easy. Changing the organization behind it is much harder.
In this session, we’ll explore what it takes to build organizations that can continuously adapt as their environment changes. Using a practical scenario, we’ll follow a strategic shift from the initial signal through changing goals and priorities to the impact on products, teams and work already underway. Along the way, we’ll look at how Atlassian’s System of Work, connected data and organizational context can help bridge the gap between changing strategy and day-to-day execution — and what AI could add to that equation. Because the goal isn’t to predict the future perfectly. It’s to build an organization that can respond when the future turns out differently.

Philip Razum is a Senior Business Consultant and Project Lead with nearly a decade of experience in the Atlassian ecosystem. His work focuses on Enterprise and IT Service Management, transformation and project delivery, helping organizations connect business requirements, processes and technology and navigate organizational change. As an Atlassian Community Champion in Düsseldorf, Philip is also actively involved in bringing people across the Atlassian ecosystem together, creating opportunities for knowledge sharing, new ideas and collaboration. With a background spanning consulting, project leadership, presales and business development, he is particularly interested in what happens beyond the technology itself: how organizations connect strategy, people, data and technology to create meaningful outcomes.

🎤 19:15 – 19:55

Rami Rantala | WeAre Solutions Oy
How to Build and Execute Strategy [EN]

We’ll look at how to turn goals into clear priorities and keep people working towards them when everyday demands take over. He’ll also touch on where tools can help connect the strategy with the work happening across teams.

With over 5 years as the CEO of WeAre Solutions Oy and extensive experience in leadership roles, Rami focuses on driving business strategy, empowering teams through effective people management, and consulting on observability solutions. His mission is to help organizations optimize their technology investments by transforming observability from a cost center into a measurable business driver.
