Oxford

ACE Oxford is a local Atlassian Community Chapter bringing together professionals, leaders, and enthusiasts who want to deepen their knowledge of Atlassian tools while also exploring the human side of teamwork. Our mission is to create a space where members can learn, connect, and grow through hands-on experiences and meaningful conversations.

We run two main types of events:

• ACE Oxford | Atlassian in Practice – focused on the practical use of Atlassian tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Marketplace apps. These sessions dive into real-world use cases, best practices, and live demonstrations to help participants get the most out of their Atlassian ecosystem.

• ACE Oxford | Resilient Teamwork – centred on the people side of collaboration. These events explore resilience, resourcefulness, psychological needs at work, and other aspects of how teams thrive and adapt to change.

Both formats are primarily workshop-based, designed to deliver hands-on, interactive experiences rather than just presentations. Participants will have the chance to experiment with tools, frameworks, and methods during the session, ensuring that learning is practical, memorable, and directly applicable to their work.
