Join fellow Atlassian product users, ITSM practitioners and members of the Atlassian team for an event focused on helping teams improve their service management practices. Get ready to sharpen your skills, and see how Community members deliver exceptional service experiences—and how you can do the same!

After a welcome reception with food, drink and networking, we'll begin the presentations with a recap of the keynote from Atlassian's High Velocity event in Sydney that will include how you can end bad service management with Jira Service Management.

Next up we are joined by two Atlassian service management experts: Jeremy Cooley and Cathi Davey. They will be showcasing two different use cases that could help accelerate your organization’s DevOps and Support teams.

Finally, we have Karen Fishwick from Highway Three Solutions who will spotlight asset management use cases that will boost efficiency and improve overall service delivery for your teams.

We’ll finish off the evening with an opportunity to network with speakers and other attendees.
