Unconference means: no keynotes, no fixed agenda, passive spectators are welcome but discouraged. Instead:

💡 You propose the topics you care about — seeded with ideas submitted in advance, and those brought forward on the day

🗓️ We build the schedule together — deciding the agenda on the day, being relevant to the people present

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 You choose where to lean in — discussion, collaboration, solution-building, or whatever else is concerning you most

🚶‍♀️ Every session is interactive — with the "Law of Mobility" encouraging people to move to where they're getting and giving most value

Whether you want to explore customer empathy, partner marketing, working with Atlassian, AI opportunities, channel conflict, or what’s next for cloud migrations, your voice and perspective steer the day.

🌍 The Venue: Impact Hub Barcelona – The Garden

In the heart of the Poblenou innovation district, The Garden at Impact Hub offers a relaxed, open, and creative space — perfect for structured chaos. With amphitheatre-style seating, breakout rooms, a chill-out terrace, and a private canteen, it’s built for meaningful conversation and spontaneous collaboration.

🗓 The Schedule

The following is tentative and subject to change. It's intended to give you a taste of what to expect while we work on formalising the details.

Arrive at ☕ 10am for name badges, coffee, informal intros, followed by 📣 a Kick-off & Session Planning — what is an unconference, and how we’ll shape the day. We get our sessions onto the board and agree between us what we want to prioritise talking about. 🔍 Sessions begin at 11am and run throughout the day, breaking for lunch. 🧠 Around 5pm we come back together, so we can share summaries of what happened in the sessions, the takeaways, and identify actions we can take forward to Team '25 Europe in the week ahead.
