About this event

Atlassian User Group Athens joins Product School Athens for a unique Meetup this October where will we discuss how Product Managers use Atlassian products in a SAFe environment and how a Product Manager can co-exist harmoniously with a Product Owner.

The Talks

====================

Talk 1: Atlassian skills in a distributed organization

==========

We will show how Atlassian products are helping PCCW Global adopt the Scaled Agile Framework in a diversified product portfolio. When a distributed organization decides to change culture, collaboration tools change from an ""IT thing"" to a common alphabet across former silos. A common alphabet which becomes a common language when leaders combine it culturally with a new way of working.

Talk 2: Harmonious Coexistence of a Product Owner and Product Manager role in the Agile Concept (Challenges, Risks)

==========

What are the responsibilities of a Product Owner and what are for a Product Manager? Do we need both roles in Agile or not? Where is the balance for the coexistence of both roles. Examples will be given by daily routine inside a Big Company like Ahold Delhaize.
