About this event

For one day only, Atlassian's AI experts will be converging on Los Angeles to host a full-day Community-Led Conference: AI Summer Camp!!
We'll be covering all of the amazing AI capabilities in Atlassian's tools for business users and technical users alike - and it's all FREE! Whether it's coding Rovo Forge Agents, building custom Rovo Agents, or using them in Jira, Jira Service Management, or Confluence, or whether we're digging into all the other AI features in those products, you'll be covered! We're also covering AI in Loom, Compass, Bitbucket Cloud, the Rovo Code Agents, the Rovo CLI, the Atlassian MCP server, AI in Atlassian Analytics, how Atlassian's models are designed, and whatever else we can fit in there! 
Camp will be hosted at the Hilton Garden Inn LAX Los Angeles Airport, and all registered attendees will receive access to incredible nightly hotel rates of $125/nt from Thursday, August 21st - Sunday, August 24th for anyone who wants to enjoy all Los Angeles has to offer for the weekend!
Breakfast, Lunch, snacks, and a camp reception are all included, as well as prizes, games, and camp songs along with swag and a whole bunch of learning!  
Plus - we'll have a bunch of amazing sponsors in attendance to show off their amazing AI products as well!

4:00 PM	Getting Started with Atlassian Intelligence & Rovo: Practical Steps for Every Team	In this session, Connie Lanter will help demystify Atlassian Intelligence in the workplace. She’ll share actionable tips for using AI-powered features in Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management, empowering attendees to boost productivity and collaboration from day one.
5:00 PM	AI & Trust	(DRAFT DESCRIPTION) In this session, Adam Saint-Prix, Director of Solution Architecture, will help attendees understand how Atlassian architects for trust with its AI solutions. Attendees will leave the session understanding how to help users and their companies use Atlassian AI with confidence that their information is highly safe and secure.
5:45 PM	AI Extensibility: A Market Perspective	(DRAFT DESCRIPTION) In this session, Ian Buchanan and Sanjay Kulkarni will share their wealth of information on what it means to live in a world where every tool has its own AI - how do you choose which one to use? How do they work together? When should you not use them? They'll talk about some of the industry-wide innovations answering these questions, along with what they've learned in their varied and vast experience.

8:00 PM	Business Track Session A: AI in IT Service Management & IT Ops	(DRAFT DESCRIPTION) In this session our presenter will cover the new AI features in Jira Service Management, from IT Service Management to IT Operations, and everything in between. They'll cover how the thoughtfully-integrated AI features in JSM allow agents to meet customer needs in a more timely manner, resolve outages more quickly, and empower service teams to find root causes more quickly.

8:45 PM	Business Track Session B: How Loom AI optimizes Atlassian's Teamwork Collection	(DRAFT DESCRIPTION) In this session, our presenter willshow off the entire Teamwork Collection, centering on Loom AI and how it makes the whole Teamwork Collection better!
8:45 PM	Technical Track Session B: Building Forge Rovo Agents, Part 1	(DRAFT DESCRIPTION) In the first half of this super-sized agent building session, you'll learn how, when, and why to build Forge Rovo agents over low-code/no-code agents in Studio. We'll also demonstrate several effective patterns to building with AI and how you can leverage them in your own scenarios.
9:30 PM	Break/Snacks	Grab some water from the water fountain and hit the snack table before we wrap up Camp with a couple more awesome sessions!
9:45 PM	Business Track Session C: Building Rovo Agents with Atlassian Studio	(DRAFT DESCRIPTION) In this session, our presenter will teach attendees how to build their own AI Rovo Agents without needing to learn a single line of code. Attendees will learn prompting strategies, best practices for providing effective knowledge sources, and how to enable agents to work automatically without any input from users. Attendees will have the opportunity to build their very own Rovo Agents for their specific use cases and carry that knowledge and ability back to their organizations.
9:45 PM	Technical Track Session C: Building Forge Rovo Agents, Part 2	(DRAFT DESCRIPTION) In the second half of this super-sized agent building session, attendees will have expert assistance from Atlassian employees as they build their own Forge Rovo agents right on site. Whatever the need, if it's possible, we'll help you build it!
11:00 PM	Break/Snacks	Our final camp snack break of the day! Make sure to sing a few camp songs and make some new friends!
11:15 PM	Closing Session	(DRAFT DESCRIPTION) Campers, Counselors, and staff return to close out the day, discuss what was learned, recognize awesome use cases, and learn just a little bit more about what's in store with Atlassian and AI
12:00 AM	Happy Hour Cookout	We'll all go hang out on the fourth floor outdoors and enjoy campfire-themed food and drinks before we head out.
