We'll take you through a delicious example of tracking bottles, managing inventory, and requesting samples from our Whisky Experience Service Desk. This session will showcase how Jira Service Management can be easily leveraged to manage key assets - from simple physical inventory to more intricate resources such as applications & people, and even operating procedures that drive automation.

We will provide an overview of schemas, objects, and attributes, and share design tips for each to get you started. From there we will demonstrate how you can leverage the data across other Atlassian products - in requests, stories, the portal, and Analytics.
