This series ACE events are named “Methods behind Atlassian’s success”, which introduces the methodologies make Atlassian so successful, including (Scaled) Agile, DevOps, OKR etc. Base that we can establish a ACE Events backlog, so ACE leaders in China can easily run ACE events in future.

This idea comes from my consulting experience. Many customers asked me “how to customize Jira”, but their ideas are totally wrong, because they are weak in methodologies, like Agile, DevOps etc. Others asked me “Just tell me the best practice”, but there are different solutions in different scenarios, this is also caused by weak of methodologies.

I recognized that method behind tools is more important. And Atlassian is a good instance of producing great tools by great method.

I plan to introduce the methods that Atlassian currently in used to Atlassian users in China by ACE event.
