About this event

With a background in building delightful project management solutions, the team at Jexo (https://jexo.io) is dedicated to helping shape up the PPM landscape in Jira Cloud with crisp, coherent, and delightful apps that solve real needs for teams.

One of the keen interests of Jexo is improving how teams do prioritization in Jira. The standard prioritization capability in Jira is vanilla and that often leads to bad habits like not including the right people in making prioritization decisions, making decisions based on feelings and personal bias, or who’s the loudest in the room. This often is because there is no proper framework in place and tooling to support good conduct.

Biro, co-founder, and CEO at Jexo will talk about various prioritization frameworks that can be applied as a standard, the tooling to use to simplify managing prioritization in Jira, and how his team uses this to make better-informed decisions.
