We are trying to become more interactive in our events, less powerpoint, more demos and most of all: real users' stories. Turns out, that need some planning, so we are introducing a planning meeting for people who want to take part in the planning and talk about topics or want to sponsor or host an event in their space.

Agenda:

• Project and Portfolio Management Event on May 31st: We may have star guest who will talk about their evaluation of project management tools for 2000 projects in Jira.
  
• We need a room for this, so we are looking for hosts, if you can host up to 50-100 ppl (I think this one will draw a crowd.
  
• We have a Confluence instance again and are looking into streaming/recording events.
  
• Looking forward to our Academic AUG in Brandenburg and would like to get Atlassian partners involved. Happy to hear from you.
