I'm building experience cooperating with companies helping them to improve internal software development processes mainly spreading knowledge about methodologies, best practices and IT standards. I believe that every great team is most effective and most productive when tools they use are adapted to process which allow them to achieve best performance. And I believe that JIRA with well selected set of add-ons can reach that goal.
