While we still have to avoid in-person meetings, we wanted to add a more interactive format to our weekly webinars and here it is: Have a Lean Coffee with us every last Thursday of the month. We provide the space, you set the agenda. Let’s have a chat about anything and everything. Most importantly: Let’s keep in touch and have some fun exploring together.

While we still have to avoid in-person meetings, we wanted to add a more interactive format to our weekly webinars and here it is: Have a Lean Coffee with us every last Thursday of the month. We provide the space, you set the agenda. Let’s have a chat about anything and everything: Topics you want us to talk about, things you want us to do, problems that we can help you solve or simply what’s on your mind right now.
This will be a series of Zoom Meetings (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/categories/201146643 ), which will allow us to see and hear each other and we want to add a Miro board (https://miro.com/ ) to this, where you can organize the agenda and discuss stuff. Just one Caveat: Zoom has become super secure now (just kidding) but there is a default password and waiting room for every meeting. Just be patient and go through the registration procedure in Zoom and all will be revealed in the confirmation mail.
Format will be a Lean Coffee (http://leancoffee.org/) and we will post he link for anonymous access to the Miro board in the Zoom chat, at the beginning of our meeting.
If we are many people with diverse interests, Zoom gives us the opportunity to create breakout rooms and Miro provides an unlimited modelling space for whatever you want to discuss.
The meeting itself will not be recorded, the whiteboard is our recording device.
This is all quite experimental and the format will evolve with your input and requirements. One practical advice: If the first people to arrive are German speaking, we start chatting in German. If you are not fluent in that language, please speak up and we will switch to English. Please do not just leave. Thank you.
Until then: Stay healthy, keep others healthy, and – most of all – do not forget to enjoy life.
