Yade Yaqub, Marcus Johnsson; Signavio: Confluence and KCS	The idea behind KCS or Knowledge Centered Service is simple: integrate the creation and maintenance of knowledge into the process of interaction (https://www.serviceinnovation.org/kcs/). The presentation will show how Confluence is used at signavio to implement KCS and to achieve this goal.
Lukas Gotter, Meetical: Effective Meetings with Confluence and Meetical	Meeting admin and organization is a frustrating chore for most teams. Making meeting preparation and documentation easy significantly improves employee happiness and makes a culture where meetings are effective, not resented. Using Confluence to prepare and document meetings is already a game changer for many companies, who try to escape the often ineffective email distribution of meeting notes. A new Confluence App called Meetical takes all this even a step further!
