5:20 PM	Yade Yaqub, Marcus Johnsson; Signavio: Confluence and KCS	The idea behind KCS or Knowledge Centered Service is simple: integrate the creation and maintenance of knowledge into the process of interaction (https://www.serviceinnovation.org/kcs/). The presentation will show how Confluence is used at signavio to implement KCS and to achieve this goal.
