Greg brings more than 20 years of expertise in IT across a variety of disciplines, having run large scale SaaS service desks, orchestrated infrastructure modernizations and upgrades for business continuity, cloud migrations, application rationalization, managing security & compliance initiatives, data center operations and implementations at large global organizations.

Greg is currently an Atlassian Support Manager, dedicated to Jira SMB Cloud Support. Prior to Atlassian, Greg served as Senior Director, IT Operations at YMCA of the USA. Greg has also served Silkroad Technology as a Director of IT, including interim roles as Director, IT Security and Compliance and Director, IT Operations.
