How can you use a dynamic JIRA date to forecast your 12-month plan and STILL be agile?  Michelle will be demystifying using JIRA Portfolio for a broad number of #ProjectManagement use cases.

#ProjectConfigurator

If you manage development vs production environments, merge Jira instances or simply move projects to a different Jira instance, Project Configurator is a must have that will save you countless hours of work. It automates the tasks of moving complete projects or just configuration changes between instances. Nelson Jordan and Pepe Maranon will present Adaptivist's Project Configurator.  Also will discuss #ProjectManagement governace best practices.

Works with both Jira AND Jira Service Desk instances
· Shows which objects will "collide" with imported ones
· Find where configuration objects are used
· Simulated configuration import lets you preview the changes that will be applied
· Export excludes data for non exported projects
· Transfers dashboards, filters and Agile boards, with rich options to control their export
· Handles and publishes drafts for workflows and schemes
· "Smart custom field contexts" limits the new custom field configuration to imported projects
