Panel questions:

When leadership communicates about organizational priorities, how does feedback from developers and QA get factored into the short term plan(s) or the long term Roadmap?

How does your organization engage leadership in managing epics and stories, from prioritization, through progress monitoring and completion?

What impact does a fixed date have on that communication process, vis a vis capacity and scope change?

Does your Definition Of Done evolve as a result of this communication?

In the context of your organization's communication methodologies, how do you coordinate with teams about deliverables? How do people in your organization use labels and components, and sprint names to identify features, and to communicate asynchronously about the work being done?

What kinds of challenges are present in an organization using non-integrated tools, ie: those other than the Atlassian suite? When communicating asynchronously, and aggregating organizational artifacts, what can be done to maximize efficiency when using tools such as SharePoint, various bug trackers (Bugzilla, HP ALM/Quality Center, etc), Microsoft Project, and Excel?
