Can agile practices work across a large portfolio of many teams and lots of developers? We will look at the role of context and autonomy, as well as some common characteristics found among high-functioning agile portfolios. Successful organizations communicate across the portfolio. They share knowledge and break barriers between organizational silos.
We need to approach agile at scale differently. The reality is, in order to effectively operate agile at true enterprise-scale, it needs to be understood and approached deliberately.
