Portfolio for Jira Deep Dive by Thad West, Isos Technology

Be prepared to work through an interactive session using Portfolio for Jira (P4J). P4J is the agile road mapping tool built by Atlassian to raise the visibility of work across projects and teams. Thad West, from Isos Technology, will take you through a pragmatic approach of using P4J, covering:

  • What P4J adds to Jira
  • Set-up and configuration
  • Programs and Plans
  • Reporting
  • Multi-team planning
  • Running "what-if" scenarios

You can get a lot of uplift from Portfolio for Jira with minimal effort and changes to existing Jira Projects. This session will give you the knowledge and confidence to start benefiting from this must have application.

Use of Jira in Large & Scaled Agile Projects by Ankur Gupta, PTC

PTC will present a session to discuss how we used e Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) and SAFE-like techniques to deliver large projects. This session will be a QA based on how Jira can be leveraged in environments where large multi geography, multiple teams deliver Agile projects.
