6:10 PM	Leveraging the Jira/Confluence integration for easier project management/product management	One of the biggest motivations to use Confluence is its close integration with Jira. Focusing on the project management/product management area, I will go through the most impactful ways that teams can use this integration. I will cover: Project managers are riding two horses: they need to bridge between their teams autonomy and keeping their customers in the know. How can a smart Jira/Confluence setup allow you to do this without wasting time? Retrospectives are invaluable if done properly. We’ll see how to setup your system so that retrospective are easy to prepare and at the same time- all the juicy details from the sprint are surfaced and can be discussed. Budgeting and efforts visibility. Story points, hours, or Euros: whatever is your cost currency, you need to be able to report on it and see how it evolves over time. We’ll walk through an example of how to make cost management on the epic level easier. The presentation will be short on slides and focus on a live walkthrough of Jira and Confluence.
