We’ve all been on good teams, but have you ever been on a LEGENDARY one? A team where the potential was limitless and you felt you were doing the best work of your life? Probably pretty rare…
Each year Atlassian conducts its annual State of Teams research to better understand how teams work, and in 2022 the research uncovered the key ingredients that differentiate legendary teams from others. The report was released in November, so what better way to celebrate than with an epic event!
Join us for this highly interactive community event where Mark Cruth, Atlassian's resident Modern Work Evangelist, shares the findings from the 2022 State of Teams report. Come learn what makes a legendary team, as well as participate in a series of exercises that demonstrate practices you can do to help unlock legendary status within your team. This is the "can’t miss" event of the season!
-- Last Minute Update ! --
We will also be joined by a super legendary "cooking" team to help us get the event started: Samie from Gliffy and Andy from Old Street.
They will be taking us through the RECIPES of success for how great teams can collaborate together to do their best work possible; especially when it comes to having epic reporting and amazing decision workflows!
For key ingredients with Atlassian Marketplace apps, these two have you covered!

Mark is truly "living the dream" as Atlassian’s resident Modern Work expert and evangelist. Focused on practice over theory, Mark spends his days coaching both Atlassian and customer teams on new ways of working, then sharing what he's learned at events around the world!
Joining Atlassian in 2019, Mark brings over a decade of experience experimenting with work and helping people, teams, and organizations transform at places like Boeing, Nordstroms, TD Ameritrade, and Rocket Mortgage. Mark has made it his mission to inject modern ways of working, a transformation mindset, and the power of expert storytelling into everything he does.
When not heads down in the latest book on self-management or deep in conversation with a leadership team, Mark can be found reading one of his favorite sci-fi novels (specifically anything by Brandon Sanderson) or building the latest Lego set with his kids (have you seen the new rollercoaster!).

“Knowledge is power; sharing knowledge is powerful.”
Born in the greatest UK city with the worst airport, Luton, Andy Barker spent his early years playing waterpolo, dabbling in photography, and singing in the National Youth Choir of Great Britain.
Andy worked in nightclubs, restaurants, and the marquee industry before chucking in the UK to come to the Netherlands and study Business Administration of Hotel Management (only part of the reason; the other part was was meeting a lovely Dutch lady and marrying her.) He now lives in North Limburg with his wife, two kids, cat, and horse.
Known as Atlassian’s resident #FunMan, he’s been an Atlassian Community leader for four years, founded their Community Events Rotterdam chapter, and was awarded the prestigious Community Leaders' Choice Award at Summit 2020. Already bestest friends with Teodora Vasileva, he joined the Old Street fray because we eschew corporate red tape and hierarchical bullshit in favor of good old human compassion and understanding.
Samie Kaufman is the marketing leader for Gliffy and joined its parent company, Perforce Software, in 2019. When she’s not filling her Confluence pages with ideas and project updates, she’s camping on the shores of Lake Superior, walking her dog to all her neighborhood’s breweries in Minneapolis, or hosting friends for over-the-top dinners.
