As product team - and their products - evolve and scale, they inevitably encounter new types of work requiring greater degrees of interaction with users and management teams. How should product teams recognise and contextualise their need for service management? How should they structure themselves and how can Jira Service Management support their new objectives?
Akshay is passionate about modernising Service Management, and making it more empathetic and human-centric. Equally, I am keen to extend its principles outside of IT, into Enterprise Service Management and Organisational Service Management.
Most recently, Akshay was a Lead Architect & Product Ambassador for ITIL 4.
