Jira Service Management is being used by IT organisations to manage their IT infrastructure and support internal users.
For this session we are going to concentrate on how other teams can benefit from Jira Service Management. The teams may be standard corporate functions: HR, Procurement, Finance and Facilities, as well as a few unique use cases.
This will be an event to share what has been implemented, and also discuss how else Jira Service Management can assist.
If there is time, we will look at how to structure Assets in ways that help control access to information.
Being a hybrid event, we will have some people present in the Togetha office in Canberra (Civic) and also online.
