Confluence ships with numerous out-of-the-box capabilities for sharing, organizing, and maintaining a knowledge repository, but the Information Architecture (IA) won't create itself. Without a structure in place, the same issues that plague other repositories emerge at scale – inconsistent links, untagged or duplicate assets, and a flood of emails about missing content. With a few exercises and examples, learn how use links, tags, and spaces effectively so everyone can find what they need when they need it, regardless of team or company size.
