Hey Chicago! Winter is coming, but we're warming up a fantastic evening event for you.
The strength of Atlassian tools is in sharing work and content across different teams. At the same time, organizations often struggle to scale their agile practices with Jira or get the whole company to adopt and truly collaborate in Confluence. Come join Atlassian, ALM Works and K15t in Chicago to hear best practices for how teams can work better together.
We'll feature three fantastic speakers at this event:
Updates in Confluence Cloud
Speaker: Jessica Taylor, Atlassian
We have some exciting new updates in Confluence Cloud for improving team productivity. Jessica will speak about updates to Confluence Cloud, including - creating captivating content with tables, templates, and integrations. Organizing spaces, pages, and profiles to be more easily found. She'll also highlight how to Scale Confluence as your organization grows.
Driving Confluence Adoption
Speaker: Matt Reiner, K15t
Confluence is a great tool for creating content together: it’s easy to add, discuss, and correct content. But why do some teams struggle to get people working in Confluence? Why do your co-workers still email files back and forth? This talk will show you how to build a culture of effective collaboration with many examples from various organizations. We'll show practices and tools that can help your teams to better manage documents and documentation in Confluence.
Scaling Agile
Speaker: Eugene Sokhransky, ALM Works
Adopting agile methodologies in a large organization is never easy—what looks great on paper, may not work in real life. Luckily, Jira offers the flexibility to support almost any process. And it can adapt to changes as the process evolves. In this session we'll talk about some of the challenges associated with Scaling Agile, the things you need to consider when choosing the right Jira apps, and some of the successful approaches we've seen customers use. We’ll show you some easily-implemented use cases for common agile rituals such as PI planning, release planning, and backlog grooming, at scale.
You're not going to want to miss this January event. We'll whip all this up at our evening spot, Relativity. Expect some good eats and drinks.
Please note: expect a few minutes delay when you get to the building to check in with Building Security. You will need an ID and you will need to be on our guest list, so please have your +1, +2 and three's register.
See you soon,
Peter, Greg and Krishna.
