Svetlana is a Marketing Manager at eazyBI, specializing in partnership development with a robust background in marketing, event management, and partner relations. With 10 years of marketing experience, among them four years in the open-source realm, she is dedicated to driving impactful marketing strategies and fostering strong partnerships at eazyBI.

Outside of work, Svetlana is passionate about traveling, with a keen interest in cross-cultural relations, shared mobility, and environmental sustainability.

Martins Vanags, eazyBI

Martins is one of the most experienced customer support consultants at eazyBI. A data analyst with almost 15 years of experience in analyzing businesses and market–customer dynamics. He's keen on identifying insights and opportunities for business growth and optimization.

Hayley Rodd, Easy Agile

After over 10 years in the higher education and commercial real estate sector Hayley brings a unique perspective having joined Easy Agile, one of Australia's burgeoning software companies as a Senior Partner Manager. Hayley is committed to connecting Solution Partners with Easy Agile products to help our shared customers reach and exceed targets through agility.

Frank Feustel, Easy Agile

Frank has provided strategy, direction and leadership to a global team of product managers, product designers, and development teams across Europe, USA and APAC at QAD, led product strategy for a portfolio across APAC at Sage, has built a high performing product team of 16 at MYOB, with full responsibility for all enterprise products (CRM, ERP, Payroll, WFM, Marketplace), has redefined product vision, strategy and ways of working to lay the foundation for Rezdy to scale to the world’s leading SaaS booking and distribution platform for tours, activities and attractions, and now leads product and design at Easy Agile on the scaling journey to 100,000 teams on the platform.

Raj Sehmi, Refined

Raj Sehmi spearheads the Customer Success department at Refined. He spends his work hours striving to ensure that customers and solution partners maximise value out of using Refined, and that their voices are heard internally.

Originally from Kenya, he’s been living in Sweden for a bit more than 7 years now, and has been with Refined for close to 6 of those. When he’s not working at Refined, he spends his spare time making and playing electronic music, and trying out new recipes in his kitchen.

Julia Skoursky, Refined

As a seasoned Partner Manager at Refined, with over 5 years in the Atlassian ecosystem and a rich background in IT business development and partnership management, Julia is dedicated to fostering strong, mutually beneficial relationships with Refined partners.

Beyond her professional expertise, Julia has a background in psychology and her qualification as a psychotherapist equip her with a unique perspective and a genuine passion for understanding people's stories. She is known for being an attentive listener, always eager to learn about others.

Bjorn Dohler, resolution

Experienced CEO with a demonstrated history of working in small and large companies. Sales, Marketing & Product Management professional with broad knowledge in several IT technologies and services with management & company transformation experience.
