About this event

Join Logan Vantrese and Tyler Woolstenhulme as they lead a discussion on modernizing you ITSM solution and automation & optimization.

Logan joined the Solutions & Customer Success team through Appfire's acquisition of Nextup (including products like the original Slack to Atlassian integration).

Logan will dive into Appfire's ITSM Solution and showcase how its complementary apps modernize your IT service management. Logan will show how Appfire's products enable conversational ticketing and interactions created from the Jira Service Management Portal, Slack or Microsoft Teams to help service your clients wherever they work — in real time.

Tyler brings 15 years of experience in marketing and solutions sales to Appfire, including previous roles at Qualtrics and Fidelity Investments.

Tyler will focus on automating and optimizing your Atlassian stack with Appfire's Workflow & Automation Solution. This solution empowers teams to increase productivity, project visibility, and accountability while significantly reducing time spent on manual tasks.
