This session is different – it’s about strategy. It’s recommendations from years of cleaning up horrible Jira configurations! It’s about what you should do, what you shouldn’t do, and why. Wright received a B.S. in the Media field, with a Web concentration, and a minor in Information Technology from Radford University. During this time she spent three years directing and leading a team of forty students in the production of Radford University's weekly online magazine. She also taught classes in the Computer Science Department, and chaired the Student Media Committee - all while working towards her own degree.
