Thanks to Communardo’s User Profiles, workflow automations in Jira Server & Data Center can draw from enriched data: Who is my supervisor? Where is that agent based? Which programming languages does my dev colleague excel at?

There’s only one way to get those attributes right: integrate them with the Identity Provider. Automations that rely on manual data entry or outdated info always run into exceptions that create chaos and frustration.

In this talk we’ll show you how easy it is to use resolution’s User Sync (available also as a module of resolution’s SAML Single Sign On) to set up User Profiles in Jira that are always 100% accurate – even if you have migrated away from LDAP. We’ll also go over how real customers leverage location data to make sure Jira users get help where they need it.
