Join me for a live, 30 minute, study session for ACP-420 - "Managing Jira Service Projects". My goal is to take this certification exam by April 1st, 2025 and I need your help studying in these weekly sessions!
Come for the studying, or to cheer (or jeer!) me on as I refresh my memory on what, exactly, Jira Service Projects are. This certification is great for anyone who uses Jira Service Management, or is expected to be a Project Admin for a Jira Service Management project (we'll get practical skills and also, hopefully, earn a certification that we can share).
I'll start by talking a bit about the certification and how to take it, but then will jump right into the free training Atlassian offers and you can follow along!
