Join me for a live, 60 minute, study session for ACP-420 - "Managing Jira Service Projects". My goal is to take this certification exam by May 15th, 2025 and I need your help studying in these weekly sessions!
Come for the studying, or to cheer (or jeer!) me on as I refresh my memory on what, exactly, Jira Service Projects are. This certification is great for anyone who uses Jira Service Management, or is expected to be a Project Admin for a Jira Service Management project (we'll get practical skills and also, hopefully, earn a certification that we can share).
In this session we'll cover how to configure JSM for ITSM (IT Service Management) projects, as well as how we can configure the customer portal.
I'll start by talking a bit about the certification and how to take it, but then will jump right into the free training Atlassian offers and you can follow along!
