Come join us for a walk through on how to monitor and automate infrastructure issues. We will cover the basics and best practices of monitoring. We will go over a high level view of how StatusPage from Atlassian works and how response time is import for monitoring.

From there we will demo Logicmonitor and how it is able to monitor and automate monitoring issues with Jira. After the demo we will jump into a workshop with Jira and Logicmonitor and cover a simulated event and how automation of issues can reduce time to resolution.

Once the workshop is completed we will have general conversations around monitoring, best practices, things to avoid and all available tools you can use to complete the task.
